Beginner’s Yoga & Meditation:
Whether you’re brand new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, get back to basics in this meditative vinyasa flow class that features a slower pace with plenty of explanations and demonstrations. Learn the fundamentals of the foundational yoga poses as well as how to anchor your mind with your breath and then sync the breath with your movements. Learn to flow and meditate for the first time or just join us for a refresher on some of the key aspects of any yoga practice.
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
All Levels Vinyasa Flow:
This class is designed to accommodate multiple Levels of yoga students from beginner to advanced. In this particular style of yoga, Vinyasa literally means “connecting movement with breath” and we do just that. We stretch, we move, and we strengthen – bringing balance to the body between stabilization and flexibility.
No former yoga experience is required and all levels are welcome
Saturday 9:30 am to 10:30 am
An hour long, half active and half passive practice where we’ll unite Yin and Yang with both cooling and warming energies. Begin by sinking into a grounding Yin sequence designed to lengthen and exercise your connective tissues, followed by an energizing vinyasa flow. Follow my gentle, meditative guidance through this unifying flow infused with reiki energy. This class is safe for all levels, but yogis should be comfortable transitioning from seated to standing postures.
