Vinny's passion is to empower clients by showing them how to take ownership of their health. A sports injury taught him about the importance of proper training instruction and a good knowledge of biomechanics. Vinny loves coaching clients in many facets of healthy living. For the last 12 years, his interests have led him to delve into improving human movement, from the simplest like the squat, to the most difficult, the snatch.
Vinny’s ability to communicate, connect and motivate his clients are some of his strengths. His success is based on the successes of his clients. Nothing makes Vinny happier than to have one of his clients achieve his or her fitness goals, whether it is to lose weight, get stronger or improve overall function when performing daily activities. He uses a direct but fun approach to fitness while trying to unlock his client’s true fitness potential.
