Samantha Molino is a 200RYT vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and mindfulness meditation instructor. She discovered her passion for yoga, meditation, and wellness in recovery from depression and anxiety disorders. Now she spreads awareness and leads others on the path toward oneness and inner peace through a yoga and meditation practice infused with Reiki energy.
