Ben grew up watching his father run his chiropractic practice knowing that he too wanted to heal people with his hands for a living. The experience gained through a young lifetime of chiropractic adjustments helps Ben to care for his clients efficiently and effectively to sustainably help them create a life of perpetual wellness.
The knowledge actively shared by his father has vastly expedited his growth as a therapist. Ben’s commitment to your care has brought him here to Newtown Massage & Spa at Wrightstown Health & Fitness, where we comprehensively evaluate your health to give you the best care possible.
In 2010 Ben broke his right femur, the corrective surgery and resulting scar tissue had him intimately aware of the difficulties of rehabilitation. Through self-care, physical therapy, massage and chiropractic Ben has regained full range of motion and lives his life bountifully. Ben strives to give clients the care that they need to recover to and then maintain peak performance.
Primarily Ben focuses on deep tissue therapeutic work incorporating releases and Thai massage stretching to reshape the soft tissues of the body toward optimal health and mobility.
Ben is training for his masters in Tang Soo Do, a hard style Korean Martial Art, which he has practiced since the age of five. His experiences allow for him to approach his work with an athletic and rehabilitative perspective.
Ben is particularly passionate about a special technique he does called Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) , developed by Hugh Gilbert, a Physiotherapist from Scotland. To learn more about KCR take a look at our Modalities page. Ben was fortunate to learn directly from Hugh himself, the protocol and the philosophies that were shared in his courses have changed his life permanently for the better.
