Matthew is local, from Newtown, PA and is an NASM certified personal trainer; he finds fitness as a very important part of his life. Matthew got involved with personal training because he wanted to take his love of fitness and turn that into inspiring others by providing the benefits of exercise.
When he was younger, Matthew had a heart condition which created potential limitations and forced him to take a more cautious approach to exercising. However, as he got older, he learned to overcome his limitations and now has confidently found a high level of dedication to exercise. He continues to be inspired by the idea he can help his own clients through this same journey and help them reach their goals.
When working with a new client Matthew analyzes their capabilities through basic exercises giving him the ability to understand one's ability to move and their overall skill level.
Matthew strives to create workouts which are fun and interesting by incorporating different styles and equipment into his workouts. Matthew states “I can teach clients to do movements foreign to them safely while focusing on their enjoyment. I believe I’m unique because of how much I genuinely care for each and every client. I want them to be safe, have a great workout while also exceeding their goals.”
Matthew believes fitness is not just important for your physical health, but your mental health as well. No matter what state of mind you are in, exercise can improve your mood. He believes it can greatly impact your quality of life whether it’s through reaching your goals or just by improving your daily life.
