Comprehensive Assessment & Custom Plan
Before your first session, we’ll review your lifestyle, injury history, posture, and goals. We may use a MAPS assessment (Mobility, Activation, Posture, Symmetry) to pinpoint imbalances or areas of restriction. This ensures your stretching plan is both safe and effective.
