    This is a quiet, contemplative class that blends gentle Yin Yoga with Mindfulness Meditation. We’ll move slowly, holding poses to release tension in the body’s deeper tissues. Through guided awareness, you’ll cultivate stillness, connect with your breath, and find a sense of inner peace. This class is for all levels and is a perfect antidote to stress.
