Kristina Snyder RD, LDN
Kristina has always had a passion about food. This passion had driven her to enter a career in dietetics. Her goal as an educator is to make other see that eating healthy does not have to be boring, and that an enjoyable sustainable lifestyle is all about balance.
Kristina graduated from West Chester University with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Kristina has held a wide array of position which have allowed her to gain knowledge on a variety of age groups, health conditions and dietary restrictions. Some of these experiences include retail dietitian in a supermarket where she conducted one-on-one counseling, time spent working in long term care, and most recently in dialysis with renal patients.
Kristina’s warm, non-judgmental personality make it easy for individuals to open up to her and share their thoughts, concerns and honest opinions. She understands that life can get busy so she understands the importance of keeping recommendations realistic for each individual. Her goal in education is to open her client’s eyes to healthy foods that are enjoyable, flavorful and never restrictive.
In her free time, Kristina loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She is a regular at her local CrossFit gym and enjoys hiking and biking in the warmer months. Just as much as fitness, Kristina enjoys nothing more than trying out new foods and restaurants with those closest to her, she will forever be a foodie.
