Yin Yoga with Mediation & Reiki: (Class Starts September 10th)
This class is a journey inward, combining the deep stretches of Yin yoga with the calming power of meditation and the healing energy of Reiki. Yin yoga uses long-held postures to gently stretch the connective tissues of the body, increasing flexibility and releasing deep-seated tension while also integrating meditation and reiki to further relax your body. This practice is suitable for all levels and is the perfect way to unwind, de-stress, and leave feeling renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
