Restorative Yoga:
A gentle restorative class to help reduce stress and anxiety. The class consists of holding poses for a few moments using props to slow down and nurture your mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling restored, relaxed, and with a sense of inner peace. Each class concludes with meditation to help clear your mind and encourge deep relaxation.
