Darien (Tony) Simmons, Basketball Trainer/Coach

Basketball coach and trainer Darien (Tony) Simmons lives and breaths basketball. Born locally in Bristol, PA and raised in the Washington D.C. area, Tony found success and excelled as a player at both Arundel Christian School (MD) and Conwell Egan (PA). During his prolific high school playing career, he was once credited with scoring 90 points in a single game! This resulted in a college Division II offer to Virgina Union and Division I offers to UNLV and Georgetown University. Tony also has experience training with former Warriors guard, Quinn Cook, NBA player Saadiq Bey, overseas player Marquise Reed, and WNCAA B Penn State guard Ashley Owuuso. Coach Tony enjoys working with younger basketball players. He strives to provide them with the technical training, knowledge, strength, conditioning and nutrition programming necessary to help raise young players abilities to the highest levels they can achieve. Through his own personal experience and knowledge, Tony provides the right approach to help excel serious player's skills, resulting in elevating their game.
