Cassandra Theriault (Yoga Instructor)
Yoga Instructor
Cassandra went to her first yoga class in 2018, while battling burnout from her advertising job. She quickly fell in love with the practice and all of its benefits. She began practicing and studying yoga daily, which led to a massive personal transformation. In 2020, she left her 9-5 and earned her first yoga teaching certification at One Yoga in Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand. She started off teaching community classes in the park and virtually on Instagram and Zoom during lockdown.
She has since taught a variety of classes including vinyasa, hot power, and restorative yoga in both group and private lesson settings. Cass is passionate about making the wisdom and benefits of yoga accessible to all, whether it's someone's first or 5000th time on the mat.
Cass is also a Flexologist at StretchLab, a nationally-recognized franchise specializing in assisted one-on-one stretching, and holds the only NASM-accredited certificate in Stretching Theory and Practice. She enjoys helping her clients heal through movement, and is passionate about instilling an energetic dose of empowerment and gratitude into each day.
When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, Cass can be found traveling, hiking, painting, reading, running into the nearest body of water, and seeking out dogs to pet.
