Kylie Corless
Personal Trainer
Kylie Corless was born and raised in Wycombe, Pa accompanied by her parents, brother and sister. Both of her parents were athletes for most of their lives, so she was heavily influenced by sports and fitness growing up. Kylie joined flag rugby at age 5, which then led her to playing basketball, tennis, softball and soccer. In addition to trying new sports, Kylie has also had some experience in CrossFit and has competed in weightlifting competitions up until age 15.
Kylie Corless continued her athletics and played varsity tennis at Archbishop Wood Highschool. During that time, her life for fitness and sports carried on as she continued to play rugby for Doylestown RFC and traveled internationally to England, Wales, and Scotland.
After Highschool, Kylie continued her rugby career at West Chester University and played for the Varsity Women’s Rugby team. During her sophomore year the team accomplished a perfect season, 11-0 and won a National Championship, which was the team's first national title in history. She then continues her education and graduated from West Chester University in May 2022 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.
However, when Kylie is not focused on athletics, she strives to dedicate her time to a nonprofit summer camp called College Settlement Camp. She enjoys working with kids and incorporating fitness into their lives. She also is heavily involved in multiple special needs organizations as her older brother was diagnosed with autism at age 2. Kylie Corless has volunteered for Miracle League, Special Olympics and for her mom’s foundation, the AJ foundation for kids with Autism.
Overall, Kylie enjoys helping others whether it be guiding them to achieve their goals through fitness or just making their day better by cracking a joke.
