    All Levels Yoga:

    This class is good for both the beginner, and the more experienced student. Basic foundational yoga postures that promote flexibility, and strengthen the body are offered. With an emphasis on simplicity and repetition, this class will improve your balance, reduce stress, and expand your range of motion. This class moves at an easy, yet constant, pace and offers modifications when available. Short meditations and breath work are integrated.
