    Neuromodulators (Xeomin, Dysport, Botox)

    These work by blocking the release of ACH (acetylcholine) at the neuromuscular junction; thereby decreasing strength of muscle contraction reducing dynamic lines and wrinkles of aging; Botox is not immediate, peak effect is day 5-7, maximum effectiveness last 30 days slowing decreasing over 3-4 months. The average service area is about 8 – 20 units using very small 32/33 gauge needles.
