    Beginner’s Yoga Class

    Tuesday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
    Friday 9:30 am – 10:30 am

    Beginner’s Flow:
    Basic yoga postures will be practiced with extra attention on alignment and getting the most benefit from each position.   We will incorporate balance and strength to move from one pose to the next.  Flexibility and balance will be improved as you learn to confidently move into each yoga posture.
