    Hatha Flow:
    Hatha flow involves breath work and a spinal warm up followed by basic standing postures linked together to create an energizing sequence of movement.  Balance, strength, breath and mindful focus will be cultivated throughout the practice.  The class will conclude with seated flexibility postures and time for turning our attention inward.
