    Kristen Zetterberg, RD, LDN

    Registered Dietitian
Kristen is passionate about working with her patients to inspire, educate and coach them toward a healthier and more balanced life. She takes an integrative approach to nutrition therapy by assessing their entire lifestyle including sleep patterns, stress, movement, hormonal balance, etc. She incorporates cutting-edge medical therapies along with traditional, time-proven methods. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, with a minor in Health Sciences from West Chester University. She then completed a year-long internship with the University of Delaware and earned Master’s credits. Upon completion of her post graduate work, she sat for her boards to become a Registered Dietitian (RD). Kristen has successfully provided medical nutrition therapy for over a decade. Kristen started Inspire Nutrition Inc., with the wholehearted belief in the power of nutrition as a preventative and healing medicine. Her passion and empathy shines through in sessions with her patients. People she has worked with have described her as having a “non-judgmental and real” approach. As the youngest member of her family, she observed firsthand how obesity can affect a person physically and emotionally. This inspired her to create a life around nutrition and wellness. She not only strives to help the people she loves most, but she also practices everything she encourages her patients to do. “Kristen, just gets it!” Throughout her career, she designed two successful weight management programs, the Whole Body Health Program, a 10-week behavioral weight loss program and the BLITZ Program, a combination of both exercise and nutrition. Both of these programs were designed to educate and guide individuals toward their most optimum health. Prior to starting her own private practice, she worked closely with an Endocrinologist, for a large weight loss company as a specialized consultant, and was a professor of Nutrition at Bucks County Community College. Kristen has also been featured as an expert guest several times on WWDB’s 860AM radio program “The Medical View” as well as been quoted in local newspapers such as the Bucks County Courier Times and The Intelligencer. Kristen is a member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs Practice Group and Weight Management Practice Group. She also holds a certificate in training in Adult Weight Management and Intuitive Eating. Kristen enjoys cooking, working out, laughing and spending time with her husband and two boys.
