    I have been joining Samantha at Wrightstown Health and Fitness for restorative yoga. I look forward to going to the class each week. Sam has a wonderful personality. Her kindness and caring ways shows through in everything she does. Her calmness gives me a chance to unwind and recharge. ❤️❤️❤️

    This week I had a therapeutic massage with Angelis and came back for Yin Yoga with Kimberly because I saw the flyer as I was leaving. Both were amazing! Yin yoga was different from the flow I was expecting and I enjoyed it much more because it allowed me to get in tune with my body. By holding poses I was able to register where I was unconsciously holding and then breathe to ease the tension. Kimberly was patient, open, and so helpful in guiding me. I felt comfortable the whole time.

    I always leave Sam’s class feeling stronger, more grounded, and happier! She is incredibly knowledgeable and offers helpful suggestions throughout every class. I especially appreciate how she provides different modifications and reminds us to honor what feels best for our body at that moment. Sam also offers subtle shifts in alignment that help us build strength and stability. Her cues are thoughtful and I find myself using muscles that previously were ignored. She also brings so much joy to her teaching! Sam reminds us that yoga doesn’t have to be so serious; it should also be fun. She invites us to laugh and smile, bringing a positive energy that is contagious.

    Yoga classes are great for all levels. As a beginner, I always feel comfortable. The instructor’s warm demeanor and passion for yoga are evident. The yoga space at WHF is beautiful and clean. I always leave the class feeling more relaxed and stronger than I did before.

    I’m on a beginner level with yoga, while my wife is more intermediate. We have been attending Sam’s restorative yoga class for a few months. I initially went to bond with my wife and try something new. We both completely enjoy the benefits of controlled breathing, meditation, stretching and relaxation that the sessions give us. We look forward to our time together every week. When we had to miss a session, we were eager to get back to the following week. Sam is knowledgeable and experienced. More importantly, she has a personality that puts you at ease and helps to bring harmony and balance to the classes. The quiet music, Sam’s soothing voice, sputtering waterfall sounds and pleasant fragrances lend to the aura of mystical tranquility. We always leave smiling and rejuvenated.     The people are warm and welcoming. I felt like a guest not an outsider, which is the feeling at some fitness clubs. I am completely new to yoga and unfamiliar with the poses, and Sam’s verbal instructions were very helpful and let me focus on the pose instead of trying to watch what everyone else was doing. I like that you offer massage, facials, yoga, and fitness under one roof.

    A fantastic Yoga studio! Great rates and amazing instructors. Their facilities are clean and the studio itself is very unique. It even features a waterfall! They offer a wide range of classes that were easy to schedule online. Will be going back as soon as I can!

    The yoga studio at WHF has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  The lighting, music, candles and water feature are a relaxing aesthetic that complement the yoga experience.  My instructor  was awesome and caring. She was extremely talented at modifying poses to personalize the experience to your abilities. I always leave class feeling refreshed.
